Project overview

MapBeks will be mapping buildings in Zamboanga Peninsula in the Philippines. Let's identify areas where there you can find buildings so that we are able to support mapping projects for disaster risk reduction and developmental planning. This project area includes 10 towns in the eastern portion of Zamboanga del Sur: Midsalip, Labangan, Tukuran, Aurora, Sominot, Ramon Magsaysay, Tambulig, Molave, Mahayag, and Josefina. Estimated Population (PSA 2020): 370,000 people

HOT Tasking Manager Geometries

This dataset contains shapes that are ready to use in the HOT Tasking Manager. Currently, the geometries consist of maximum 15 MapSwipe Tasks, where at least 35% of all users indicated the presence of a building by classifying as "yes" or "maybe"
