Welcome to a new type of project to detect change in an area that was hit by a cyclone. Please use the tutorial to learn how to contribute.

** Project description**

The eastern coast of Madagascar was hit by four devastating cyclones early 2022, killing a total of 205 people. Over 420 000 people have been affected, and MSF is responding to critical medical needs – including water and sanitation services, mobile clinics, and the reconstruction of damaged hospitals and clinics.
