Project overview
Map Uganda is working with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) to map the Karamoja region in the northeast of Uganda. In Karamoja, malnutrition is chronic. Many families cannot afford any food, let alone the right food, and must survive on cereal porridges that lack essential nutrients. By mapping the area geographical data will be available for humanitarian actors such as MSF, so they can better understand where people are and can improve access to healthcare for families and in particular for children under 5
