Project overview

Many regions in the province of Manitoba, Canada are at a high risk of seasonal flooding. With a large melting snowpack and partially frozen soil, overland flow can cause tremendous damage in communities. Many of the rural communities are not well mapped making an emergency response more difficult. The Canadian Red Cross is looking for your help to identify community structures in rural Manitoba to help Canadian Redcross future flood responses.

HOT Tasking Manager Geometries

This dataset contains shapes that are ready to use in the HOT Tasking Manager. Currently, the geometries consist of maximum 15 MapSwipe Tasks, where at least 35% of all users indicated the presence of a building by classifying as "yes" or "maybe"
